Dr. Alan Alexander is a global leader in healthcare consulting across healthcare systems and services, and pharmaceuticals and medical products, with a focus on Strategy and Business Development, Operations, Organizational Agility, and Technology. Dr. Alexander is also a board certified practicing Radiologist. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Alexander has conducted a bevy of laboratory and clinical research, and has over 60 presentations and publications.He holds a Medical Doctor degree from the George Washington University and Master Degree in Physiology and Tumor Biology from University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Alexander grew up playing the piano and percussion, has several talented musicians in his family, and is passionate about music and bringing it to the younger generations. He considers Southern California home and there is no place he’d rather be.
Elisabeth Ward was born and raised in Sweden. A journalist by profession and a passionate traveler, she has lived and worked in Germany, France, Russia and the U.K, writing for some of Sweden’s largest publications. Elisabeth moved to the United States in 2010 and she and her husband Tim have enjoyed raising their young family in Santa Monica. Elemental Music has been a vital part of their lives. Their eldest son Edward graduated Elemental Strings last year and this year their middle son Oliver joined the program. Growing up in Dalecarlia, an area in Sweden known for its talented musicians and distinct folk music, Elisabeth played the organ and was a choir singer and soloist. For many years she served on the board of the Swedish School of Los Angeles where she also directed their Lucia pageant.
