Ayanna Jacobs-El

Ayanna Jacobs-El is a multifaceted music producer, composer, singer-songwriter, alto/baritone saxophonist, and music educator based in Los Angeles, CA. Ayanna’s journey through music began at an early age, leading to her dual degree from Berklee College of Music in Professional Music and Contemporary Writing and Production. 

In 2016, Ayanna founded Ayanna Jacobs-El Productions, a music production company dedicated to crafting original music for visual media and recording artists. Her work reflects a deep passion for storytelling through sound, whether she’s composing for others or creating her own music under the pseudonym El Ayzah Moon. Her unique sound blends elements of jazz, electronic, R&B, and classical genres, enriched with positive lyrical content, making her music eclectic and unique. 

Beyond her production work, Ayanna is a dedicated music educator, teaching a wide range of subjects including music theory, woodwind performance, voice, music technology, production, and composition. She is committed to nurturing the next generation of musicians, providing accessible music education to students of all ages and backgrounds. 

A passionate mental health advocate, Ayanna Jacobs-El is dedicated to harnessing the power of music as a tool for well-being and sound healing.
