Basia bochenek

Polish-American pianist, Basia Bochenek, is a collaborative pianist and educator. She has performed and coached for an array of projects with a special devotion to world premieres and new interpretations of vocal works as well as chamber music throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe.

Based in Los Angeles, Basia has worked at The Industry, Opera Camp for LA Opera and performed in many venues in Southern California including MOCA, the Troubadour, REDCAT and Pepperdine University. A graduate of USC and CalArts, Basia has accompanied the studios of Rod Gilfry, Martin Chalifour and Allan Vogel and others.

As an educator, Basia holds a private studio where she teaches piano. Her former students have been accepted to LACHSA and have won the Celebration of Excellence award at the Royal Conservatory of Music Certificate Program.
